You acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions by paying the deposit fee.

Legal Age:

You must be 18 years or older to view this website. You must be 18 years or over to order any performances or entertainment.

All guests must be 18 years or over to attend any function where our waitresses or performers are present.

Strict Rules of Behaviour:

Our entertainers must be treated with respect at all times.

Models have the right to refuse anything that does not suit the job description.

Photos, recordings, touching, grabbing or any form of verbal and physical abuse are not allowed in any circumstances.

All entertainers must be treated respectfully and have the right to a safe working environment free from harassment or abuse.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of services and no refunds.

Venue Arrangements:

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the venue chosen to hold the event allows the presence of adult entertainment and meets its requirements. In case of Restricted Entry, the entertainer is unable to enter or provide the booked service. The booking will immediately be cancelled, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Our strippers and showgirls will not perform their show routines in spaces open to the public, outdoors, on grass, soil, or sand. It is the client's responsibility to provide a dry, covered, clean, and flat area away from public view and safety hazards.

Outside venues must be informed prior to selecting bikinis, lingerie, topless or nude waitresses, or any strip show. Please inform us of the venue conditions to avoid the cancellation of the booking upon arrival. No refunds.

In case of outside events, the client must provide a shelter, a functioning bathroom, and a changing room. The client must also ensure the entertainers are comfortable with the weather conditions and environment by providing heaters during winter and cooling fans during summer events. Mosquito repellents, sunscreen, and drink water must be available at any time during the event.

Details of the Event:

To book entertainers with Cassies, we require specific information about the event. That includes:

Date, time, amount of entertainers, services such as lingerie, topless or nude waitresses and strip shows, type of strip shows such as R-rated or XXX and the number of shows.

We also require the location of the event, the number of guests, the type of venue, and the type of event, such as a Birthday Party, Bucks Parties, Boat Cruises, Hens Parties, Poker nights, or Sports event.

Female attendees, such as mix-gender events, must be informed prior to selecting the entertainers. Failure to do so might result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking. There are no refunds.

Misleading information or failing to provide the correct information might result in the cancellation of the booking. There are no refunds.

Extreme Weather Conditions:

If the waitresses cannot access the event location, the deposit will be applied towards a cancellation fee. There are no refunds.

If the event is located in a dangerous/hazardous zone determined by the Local Government Authorities, a free rescheduling option will be offered.

Securing the Booking:

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your booking and entertainer choice are secured once the required deposit is received and funds have cleared.

Booking Confirmation:

A booking confirmation will be sent with all the booking details. Any discrepancies must be informed immediately. Failure to confirm the booking details may result in extra charges or forfeiture of the deposit.

Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits will not be refunded if you cancel your booking or any entertainer under any circumstances.

Rescheduling:

Cancellations before 30 days of the event can be rescheduled with no reschedule fee, considering the details of the event have not changed.

Cancellations made 14 days before the event can be rescheduled. A $100 reschedule fee will apply, considering the details of the event have stayed the same.

A new deposit will be required if the event details have changed substantially.

Booking Changes:

Time Change:

Acceptable within 14 days before the event. Chosen girls are subject to availability.

There is no guarantee that the girls you have chosen will be available for the new time slot. Alternative girls will be presented for selection.

A fee of $100 will apply for any changes made by the client after the booking has already been confirmed.

Any changes after 14 days' notice may result in a new booking fee/deposit.

Date Change:

Acceptable within 30 days before the event to give girls a chance to find a job replacement. Chosen girls are subject to availability. Alternative girls will be presented for selection.

If the event date is changed with less than 30 days notice, a cancellation fee of $50 per booked girl will be charged if selected girls are not available for the new date.

Any changes within 30 days before the event may result in a new booking fee/deposit.

Location Change:

Acceptable within 30 days before the event if a different suburb. Chosen girls are subject to availability. Alternative girls will be presented for selection.  Travel fees may apply.

Acceptable within 7 days before the event in the same suburb without extra charges. $100 will apply for any changes after 7 days' notice.

Entertainers Cancellation:

If any of the selected talents are cancelled, alternative options will be provided for a new selection. If replacement options aren't available or suitable for the client's needs, the deposit amount to book the equivalent model will be refunded.  The client is not entitled to compensation.

Every effort is made to ensure that the entertainer you have chosen attends the event. Unexpected circumstances may lead to a replacement. In this case, you will be notified, and replacement options will be provided. If replacement options aren't suitable or available, the deposit amount to book the model will be refunded. The client is not entitled to compensation.

If, upon arrival of the entertainers, the contact numbers given on the booking confirmation are engaged, incorrect, switched off, or for any reason unreachable, or the address for the function is incorrect,

If the client does not attempt to contact the agency within 15 minutes of the booking start time, the girls will be sent home, and the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of delays caused by the client, delaying the entrance or starting time will result in a reduction in the time of service. The duration of service will count from the time stated in the booking confirmation.

In case of delays caused by the entertainers, the duration of services will count from the time of arrival. If an extension of the time is not possible, an agreement between the client and the model booked must be arranged.

The agency must be contacted immediately for assistance. The client is not entitled to a refund afterwards.

During the booking:

If any issues or concerns arise during the event, we must be contacted immediately. Failure to contact the agency immediately will forfeit your rights to a resolution.

Disputes and Refunds:

Cassies Agency only facilitates the service of independent freelancers. The entertainers are responsible for their own liability insurance.

Cassies Agency does not claim any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by any entertainer hired by the client. Any legal matter is solely between the client and the freelancer.
