For lovers of rich juicy Mangoes,
this range of chutneys is a must. Home-made with fresh ripe
Kensington Pride (Bowen) mangoes grown in the orchards of
the Mary Valley, these condiments make a delicious addition
to hot or cold chicken, lamb and pork, and are a superb
accompaniment for curries.
Served with pan-friend chicken
breasts, they offer an interesting alternative to traditional
sauces and are a treat served with Roast Pork or Silverside.
Add a dab to grilled fresh fish to enhance that deliciously
delicate flavour. Substitute Mango Supreme for mayonnaise
in a chicken sandwich. Add a dab of Hot n Spicy
Mango Chutney to pita bread with leg ham and Swiss Cheese.
For something especially different,
try substituting Mango Supreme for Sour cream on hot jacket
potatoes.
